Mortgage bonds are holding their weaker levels today, and there are no market moving reports due. Watch for static or rising mortgage rates. This week is going to be quieter than last where economic reports are concerned. Keep an eye out for Jobless Claims on Thursday and Retail Sales and Import Prices on Friday.
