FHA 30 Year Fixed is at 3.49%, which is a -0.06% decrease from yesterday's 3.55%

Jumbo 30 Year Fixed is at 4.15%, which is a -0.06 decrease from yesterday's 4.21%

5/1 Yearr ARM is at 2.97%, which is a -0.02% decrease from yesterday's 2.99%
