I concur with Linda you most likely will not be able to lock until Monday morning after rates are posted.

Hi, can only speak for our company and we have the ability to lock 24/7 and rates did finish in your favor on Friday, waiting can be risky especially over the weekend. On Monday morning at 10am the is a potential market moving index being released the ISM Mfg Index other than that, nothing until Thursday, BUT there are many factors that influence mortgage rates and there also is no crystal ball that really works. I really wish we were working together as I excel in this arena, with ALL my experience. Feel free to call Ralph Guertin 954-274-7725 Ralph@absolutelowrates.com

You cannot lock on a weekend.. only when the market is open.. and really, you should lock right away.. interest rates are good right now. Typically, rates improve very slow, but when rates go down, they go down fast.. you stand to lose more than you stand to gain, so don't gamble.. just lock it in now. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
