Having a car loan will only affect your qualification based on your total debts including the new house payment, compared to your total/gross income.
Having other debt does not disqualify you from obtaining a VA loan. You must have enough income to satisfy your debt including the new housing payment and still fall within the acceptable Debt to Income (DTI) ratio required by the specific lending program your applying for..
