Yes they will...providing you are at least two years past the date of your chapter 7 bk discharge. Be patient, reestablish some credit, and save. You will get to that point in no time!
Yes, but there are some potential issues. If your mortgage was delinquent prior to the bankruptcy, the wait may be longer. If the lender actually started the foreclosure process, then getting an approval is near impossible. You would actually have to convince your bank to remove any language from the credit reports that referenced the foreclosure process started. Finally, if you did not re-affirm your mortgage debt, and most Bankruptcy Attorneys discourage re-affirmation, then your bank is not going to help you change the credit report. If you were not delinquent prior to the Bankruptcy and / or the lender did not start foreclosure proceedings, you could be eligible in as little as two years from the date the bankruptcy we discharged by the court. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950
