Most of your local brokers offer this program, however most large banks do not.. Click on the "Community" tab upper right corner, and select "Find a Lender".. type in your zip code, and you should get a list of local lenders in your area.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. In FHA's words: "As a result of the recent recession many borrowers who experienced unemployment or other severe reductions in income, were unable to make their monthly mortgage payments, and ultimately lost their homes to a pre-foreclosure sale, deed-in-lieu, or foreclosure. Some borrowers were forced to file for bankruptcy to discharge or restructure their debts. Because of these recent recession-related periods of financial difficulty, borrowers' credit has been negatively affected. FHA recognizes the hardships faced by these borrowers, and realizes that their credit histories may not fully reflect their true ability or propensity to repay a mortgage."FHA Throws Lifeline to Those With Damaged Credit During RecessionWhile the worst appears to be over, some people are still suffering from the aftermath of the Great Recession. The fact that numerous people were affected by this significant financial downturn has left many unable to secure home loans given their spotty financial track records. Fortunately, there is still hope for prospective and current homeowners, as a change in policy is easing up FHA guidelines. The article stated that: "The 'Back to Work' program, as it's called, doesn't constitute a free pass for those who would otherwise be unable to qualify for financing, but it does reopen the housing market to a great many borrowers who would otherwise have been waiting for 3-7 years to tick off the clock--depending on their initial credit issue." These revised guidelines will make it easier for struggling prospective homeowners to fulfill their dreams of owning property in places where prices are still manageable, such as Tennessee. Single family homes in the state remain relatively affordable, and with the new guidelines in place, more people can now seek assistance from a reputable Tennessee mortgage broker like those from Home Equity Mortgage, LLC.The new guidelines, however, are not designed to simply give borrowers a right to ask for funding as they please, as they will still be required to provide documentation stating the nature of the "economic event" that led to their derogatory credit. Derogatory credit can be tied to extraordinary circumstances that are beyond the control of the prospective borrower, such as the recession or medical issues. These modified guidelines will be a lifeline for prospective homeowners seeking assistance from trustworthy Tennessee mortgage brokers like Home Equity Mortgage, LLC

Hello, Not only am I offering this, we are closing them! Make sure you talk to someone that really understands the program. I have found that many mortgage people are not completely understanding how the program works and what is necessary to actually qualify. This results in a long, fruitless procedure. Then when they come to me, I look at and can tell them that it should have been known right from the start that they didn't qualify. It's not the answer people want to hear, of course, but at least they know sooner rather than later, don't waste time and money, and I can give them a plan for how to get to be qualified as soon as possible. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Web Address for live chat or quote is: http://www.loansfromrob.com/quote/ Email is robertlh66@verizon.net and direct phone is 240-752-7549. Good Luck -- Rob Hanson
