Hi Sandy, Currently, anyone except the buyer can pay the termite inspection fee on a VA loan home purchase.

Usually it is always paid by the seller and/or real estate agent. The borrower is never allowed to pay for this. There have been talks about changing this in the future, but I would not anticipate that. Best wishes, Sean
