Me and 4 others! lol. Actually, although I can almost always give you one of the lowest rates around, the reality is that rate son different days differ for different lenders and I advise my clients after I show them what I can do to go out and talk to 2 other lenders and get quotes on the same day so they can see that they really are getting a good deal. There's really not any bank that is always the lowest every time for every program. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Web Address for live chat or quote is: http://www.loansfromrob.com/quote/ Email is robertlh66@verizon.net and direct phone is 240-752-7549. Good Luck -- Rob Hanson

There is no such thing.. on any given day, pricing can change 4 or 5 times.. and pricing can be different from one borrower to the next because each scenario is different.. Loan to value, loan amount, property type, credit scores, credit history, zip code, etc, etc, etc.. all of these things can affect the interest rate.. to get the best pricing, it's best you contact a local mortgage broker and apply with them.. once they see your complete profile, they will be able to seek out the best loan through their network of lenders that will best fit your exact scenario.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. EVERYONE and NO ONE... It doesn't work that way. All lenders get their money from the same sources on the same day at the same time. We all have the same third party fees (appraisal, title, underwriting, etc). Realistically, all lenders are essentially equal. Anyone saying otherwise is a bold face liar. Plenty of lenders play creating quoting games, but I can pretty much guarantee anyone searching for what you ask will end up with a bad deal from a bait-n-switch lender.

That depends, interest rates change daily. While one lender might be able to offer you a lower rate one day, another might be able to do so the next. My best advise is to get several different quotes from several different lenders. You will also want to find a lender that you are comfortable working with.
