when i chevked my TransUnionscore it was 606 but when a lender checked my credit he said it was 710. could this be "rapid rescore"

If there was a different bureau the lender used it could have a higher score, unless you requested and disputed errors on your credit report , the "rapid rescore" would not have been performed..."Rapid Rescore" is a service provided to provide an updated credit score based on errors on your report being corrected and acknowledged...

Though all 3 major credit reporting bureaus should be on the same page, sometimes they donot always have the same information and you will get one bureau reporting a very low scorelike that while the other two are much higher. I assume the lender ran all 3 credit scores toderive at the required mid fico score you qualify at. Ask the lender what all 3 fico scores are and then ask why there is such a huge differencewith the TransUnion score. If they have a much higher TransUnion score than you...maybeyou got misinformation from your original source. At the very least you need to know whatneeds to get corrected on TransUnion if the score you mentioned is for real. If theyhave real information the other bureaus do not...you may still want to see if you can get theissue corrected.
