Your Principal and Interest Payments would be $4673.43 amortized over 30 years.feel free to use http://www.crestico.com/mortgage-lending/get-approved/mortgage-application/mortgage-calculator/
$4673.43 if you're going 30 years.. But this is assuming your 4.25% is a fixed rate.. Most lenders offering jumbo loan products will only do Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM)... Also keep in mind that down payment can be 20% or more, and your taxes and insurance will be in addition to your PI payment.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. The monthly Principal & Interest payment when amortized over 30 years, would be $4,673.43. The payment will be the same regardless of it being a fixed rate or an adjustable rate, or with a balloon. Of course if the adjustable rate does adjust, your payment will too. Is this a loaded question? Would you mind letting everyone know the specific term and if this is an interest-only or fully amortizing. Thanks.
