What is the mortgage process for a F1 (OPT) VISA holder?
I am here in the United States on an F1 (OPT) VISA and would like to buy a home. But I am confused if I can obtain a mortgage or not without having U.S. established credit? Is this a possibility for me, and if it is, what is the process? by gatogordo67676135 from Fort Worth, Texas. Jan 19th 2017

We can do loans for people with your status but unfortunately I only do loans in California and do not know who to direct you to in Texas. I am sure you could check with various mortgage brokers in Texas and find one who can do the mortgage loan for you.
