What is the minimum FICO score needed to get a 10 percent down 30 year fixed conventional loan?

Depends on the home your looking to buy and whether or not you have any open (unpaid) collections or judgments. Usually 640, how ever I do haveners that go to 580.Mark

620 is the magic number but you can go FHA with 560 fico score
