What is required to qualify for an ITIN mortgage loan?

There are no "Conforming" loan products which allow for an ITIN loan.. only hard money loans.. and the lenders that offer these types of loans will have their own set of rules.. which will be different, one lender to the other.. We do have a loan for foreign nationals and it is a higher rate but definitely not hard money wherein rate is generally about 11% on average with minimum down of 30% and cost a lot of points.
