I agree with William, rates are still historically low, and time will only bring in higher rates.

I guess I will be the third to offer my opinion rates will be higher. Most indicationspoint in that direction, though no one knows for certain! I am hopeful they willrise very slowly and be at a range not much higher!

A wise person once said, don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today. That being said, it's no way you can predetermine where interest rates will be this time next year.
