The first thing is to look at the credit and see the cause of the score levels. Is there something that can be done to increase the scores from what you have now. A 620 score will be important when looking at a VA option. Was there a Short Sale or Bankruptcy in the past 2 years? Has there been a prior use of the VA? Please call me at 805.530.1199 or email at michael@united4loans.com and I will look tot get the job done.

Not know all of the details it would not be accurate to say weather or not financing can be provided. We do allow a 600 FICO score on VA loan. If you would like to discuss this further give me a call 602-531-7040 or email me at jafonso@azhomerates.com

You need to work on getting your credit scores up before applying because most lenders will require a 620 mid score for all borrowers to qualify, but 660 is ideal. There might be a few lenders out there that allow for lower scores, but in my experience, they typically have very strict guidelines, and most that apply get denied, so your far better off working on fixing up your credit. Try contacting a local mortgage broker and let them run your credit and from there they can give you accurate advise/guidance to help you get your credit scores up to the lenders minimum levels. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
