This is in regards to the answers about Ocwen, I have made my July payment and now I'm starting getting the bad news I was told an

told about Ocwen. If Ocwen is so bad in customer service and handling mortgages so poorly and all the complaints Better Business Burrow and the Housing Authority have not shut them down? It seems like nobody cares what this company gets away with. Any answers to this? by rabiddog69725 from , . Jul 20th 2013 Reply

It's not illegal to offer bad service or be incompetent... many companies are that way nowadays.. however if they are doing things that are illegal, over impounding, not posting payments properly, falsely reporting on your credit report, etc.. then you do have recourse.. contact your local attorney general's office or the CFPB, and issue a complaint.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

You need to write to your state attorney general and congress men and women and get in their ears. Until the right politician sees the need to investigate and make some noise no one seems to care. Unfortunately not enough people follow through and make the calls and or write the letters.

Write letter to customer service department -- with copies to your Attorney General and the Attorney General of the state you are mailing letter to; be sureto note those copies on your letter, so they are aware that you are escalating this. You could try adding the president of Ocwen to the mail list as well.
