They may not be a member of the BBB. Have you looked at other online reviews to get a feel for the company?

It's possible that they operate under a different name, or they could be an affiliation with another company.. you can search the National Mortgage Licensing System and get all the company info.. this will tell you if the company is in good standing and who the principals are, where they are based out of, and how long they have been in business.. here's the link http://www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org/ .
