Robert,Often times there is more inventory in the summer months, but at the same time prices have a tendency to follow suit with greater competition for the same homes. For most markets, there is never a better time to buy than NOW!! Home values are rising, as are the interest rates.. so by waiting, your hedging that any potential benefit you might obtain in the future would be greater than the cost of increased overall home valuation and higher interest rates.. and with the market the way it is now, waiting is not likely to produce a better overall deal.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
