Refinance a Home while living abroad in Germany

We have a home in Reno, NV that we purchased in 2006 prior to moving to Germany for a job in 2013. We would like to refinance the house where the value is about 10% below the owed amount. we are having problems finding banks or institutions that can help. the few that we talked to disqualified us because we dont live in the US. What options do we have and are there any lenders that can help?Additional info:Both of us are US Citizens We have been filing our tax returns for the US as well as GermanyI am the only source of income at this time and am being paid in EurosThank you by Chris770 from , . The fact that you live in Germany shouldn't be the issue the issue may be that you owe more on the home than what it is worth. I am with Primary Residential Mortgage and if you would like to discuss your options please contact me at 602-531-7040 or jafonso@azhomerates.com.
