Do you currently have any ownership in the property?

If you are not currently on title or on the mortgage you would not need to sign anything.

I'm not sure of your question.. the only time your information would be required is if your grandmother has applied for a USDA loan where the lender is required to document the "Household" income... if you are living with your grandmother and she is refinancing or purchasing a home, she's not required to document or inform anyone, nor is she required to have you sign anything...
