I own a manufactored home. We live in a park and rent the land it sits on. Do we qualify.

Your home would not qualify for any type of "Mortgage" since you don't own the land.. For Mortgage financing, you can only finance "Real Property", meaning land that has been improved with a architecturally attached residential home (site built, pre fabricated homes, or manufactured homes). For manufactured homes, if the property was properly attached to a parcel/ land, and has a certificate verifying as such, then you can get financing, but you would be financing the home and land as one. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Leasehold deed's can be done if the building is permanently attached, as a condo would be, but on MH you would need to own the land
