No upper age limit, age discrimation is strickly prohibited - and as long as someone qualifies there is no reason not to make them a mortgage. pdumouchel@primelending.com

Minimum of 18, but no maximum.. Because of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, (ECOA) it has outlawed age discrimination in relation to mortgage finance. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
