Yes, it will be possible, but the rate will be high because of the low credit score.. also understand that Texas has some very specific laws regarding cash out refinancing.. (A-6) 80% maximum Loan to value... Contact someone local to make your loan less stressful, and I would recommend a broker vs. a bank.. Brokers have access to numerous lenders seeking out the best terms for your particular scenario.
