Hey Ralph, I'm assuming this is the primary residence... very, very few lenders out there doing Jumbo investment... you can try US Bank, ING, or Compass.. your deal killer might be the score, but if the LTV is low enough, someone will do it.. Not sure what you are looking for but there are lenders who will do this type of loan - but much more info is needed like loan to value, debt to income ratio, etc. Call one or more of the Lender 411 mortgage professionals in your area. They will give you good answers to your questions. Good luck.
