Very few lenders will lend on MF homes any more.. They are the first types of properties to depreciate in value when the market is declining and the last to appreciate in value when things are going good.. The lenders know this and because of the multitude of foreclosures, most have abandoned MF home financing.. You should find a local mortgage broker rather than the banks...brokers has access to numerous lenders, and numerous lending programs, banks have one... even if the broker cannot do you loan, he might be able to refer you to someone that can..
