Financing for those type of properties has become a little tighter nowdays, since fewer investors are buying those. I think for what you are saying, you should be qualifying depending of few factors like for instance, if it has legal foundation ( just an example). We don't do those loans. but my best advice is to look for lenders that specializes in the finance & refinance of all factory built homes: manufactured, mobile and modular.
