No you are fine. No monthly or annual PMI for VA loans. Just a upfront funding fee.

Probably the biggest benefit of a VA loan is the fact that there is NO MORTGAGE INSURANCE! In MN or Wi, visit www.va-irrrl-loan-mn.com

No PMI with VA loan; there is a VA funding fee, but can be financed into the loan.

The benefit you have earned as a veteran is a VA loan. There is no monthly mortgage insurance with a VA loan. There is an upfront funding fee which can be financed into the loan. If you have a disability the funding fee is waived. Check with a local mortgage professional. They can guide you in the right direction. Good luck.
