Once your VA loan is paid off, the entitlement is restored within days.. If you are selling a home and buying a new one, and both loan's are VA loans, then the transaction will be seamless.. I'm a VA specialist and we have the easiest lending process in the nation.. all underwriting and processing is done "in house".. and unlike most lenders, we have no added restrictions or guidelines above what VA calls for.. This will make for a very fast and efficient closing.. I's be happy to assist.. I'm a preferred Lender with California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893

Hi Caliaaron234517,You may not even need to have your entitlement restored depending on how much you have available on your bonus entitlement. If you do need it restored it should be done in 24 hours or less.| Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. | John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Great Plains National Bank http://www.valoansdoneright.com | (877)228-9069 | Lending in ALL 50 states

Not sure about the time frame, however you will have to make a request to re-in-state your eligibility.

You do need to make the request to restore your eligibility, but that will not take long if you have paid of a V A loan. I actually have a VA loan and will be doing a presentation before Veteran's groups in the S F Bay area at the S F War Memorial Building periodically.
