Do I have to use the same lender that I used initially if I want to change from a 20 year to 30 year term?

Greg, to convert from a 20-YR term to a 30-YR term requires you to refinance. You may use any lender you like, and I would recommend you get quotes from at least 3 lenders and use the one that offers the best rate and lowest fees. I'd be glad to provide you a quote, just call or e-mail me. Thanks.
