Can I use my VA benefits more than once to purchase a home?

Yes. As a qualified buyer you have 2 levels of entitlement, a portion of which is applied whenever you purchase a home. Depending on how much is left over, it's actually possible to retain and rent out that first home and purchase again with no down payment. Particular in regards to moving up in home value, you might be able to take advantage without having to sell your current residence. Any further questions I can be reached via my profile. Yes you can. You are required to have paid back your original VA loan. other than that it is completely doable. Quick and easy with a good VA lender. David Schwartz714-227-5087

Yes, and if you are not exempt from the VA funding fee, then the subsequent use funding fee is higher than the first time. However, if you have a service connected disability, then you may be exempt from the funding fee...
