This shouldn't be a problem since guidelines allow for up to 10, but lenders can have additional guidelines which will restrict how many properties they will allow.. for this reason, a mortgage broker will be your best bet since they deal with numerous lenders with each one offering a different set of lending guidelines.. the more lenders the more lending programs and the greater likelihood of your loan scenario getting approved.
