As long as you file a US return and have a US address it should work

Regulations are slightly different for Citizens/Resident Aliens versus Non-Perm Resident Aliens but basically, our requirements for investment property purchase are that you 1) maintain a US address whether ether or not you currently reside in the US and 2) have an acceptable US credit profile and 3) have 2+ years US tax returns.Start your application here: www.OneRay.com/Apply

If you are a US Citizen and pay taxes to the US IRS, and have for 2 years or more, and you have an address here in the US, then you might be able to do this.. More info would be needed to address your scenario directly, but in general, if you meet all eligibility requirements, then there is a loan there for you.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
