Will your new job be in the same field that you are currently employed in? You will need a 2 year work history in the same profession not necessarily in the same company. Do you have a written employment offer? I need more information in order to properly answer the question.
Depends on the details or your application and what you've been doing for the past 2 years, but in some cases it is acceptable.
It depends on the structure of that promise. Most lenders will take a full offer letter and require that you provide first pay stub post closing.
More info would be needed, but in general, if you have been in the same field of work for 2 years and are getting paid the same way (hourly, salary, commissions, etc.), then you can apply now but you will need to be actually working and get your first paycheck before the loan closes.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. IF YOU have a signed offer of employment, that states your salary, income and when you are to start work, that will work. linda
