Just trying to highlight a possibilty. Since you have only 1.6 acres, that probably is not quite enough to seperate the re-plot which sometimes can be costly. The re-plot can also take some time.

If your parents are looking to purchase a home, they will need some sort of payment history to show they can make the payments and can handle their money. This can be done with other forms of alternative credit.
