Need a bank to refinance an owner financed home. My debt ratio is out of line. According to my bank I need a co-signer.

I purchased my home two years ago and paid $50,000 down. I had two years to refinance. The bank assured that I would be able to. Now the loan officer no longer works for the bank and now they say I need a co-signer. I am fixing to loose my a house that I paid $50,000 down and $800.00 a month. My credit is fine, It's my debt ratio that is not in line. I have made these payments with no problem. Can you tell me of a bank that may be able to help me. by aprilhooper76 from Dalton, Georgia.
