The best way is to refinance the current loan. At that time, all applicants will become legal owners of the property as well as obligated to pay the loan.

The only way to add you to the loan is via refinance.

There is only one way to be added to the loan.. and that's to refinance, apply and qualify.. you don't need to refinance to add your name to the deed.. so long as you are not removing the original owners of the property, you can be added.. by doing this, you get all the benefits of ownership, without the liability of the debt.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. You will need to do a refinance to add yourself to the mortgage itself. This can be done very quickly. Let me know if I can help answer any questions.
