No that is not late. You will be charged a late fee if you are more than 15 days late.

If you pay it after the 15th day of November, you will end up with a late charge. Just don't let it go to 30 days late, then it will show on your credit report.

You have 30 days from that Date your payment is due to make a "on time" payment. However if you make your payment after the 15th you will be charged a late fee. So in short just be sure to make you payment by Nov 30th and you will be fine.

Like others have stated, you will be fine paying your mortgage a couple days late. You will not occur a late fee until 15 days late. The most important thing is not to let it get over 30 days late, as that will after your credit.

Yes, but no... Your payment is due the first day of the month. But they give you a 15 day grace period before the assess a "late fee". For a credit report to show a late payment, you would have no NOT make a payment at all in November.

Most mortgage payments are due on the first of the month, but have a 15 day grace period, so if the payment is received prior to that, then there is no late charge.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

You have a 15 day grace period to make your mortgage payment. Depending on the type of loan you have you will be charged a 4% or 5% late fee. Just make sure to never go 30 days or by end of month in Feb.
