My dad was selling his house, which is my said residense presently. The brokers said me and my wife do not have enough credits.So they allow a friend to purchase the house for us.He alone is on the mortgage, we want to remove him now , which he is willing to do.The price of the property is way below the mortgage. We are mayking all the mortgage payments.How can we go about doing this?I ALREADY PAID AN ATTORNEY AND LOSSES ALL MY MONEY.

The only way to remove someone from a mortgage is to pay off the mortgage, either by refinancing, selling or just paying it off.. if you want him off, you will have to improve your credit so you can refinance into your own name.. ..
