my bankruptcy is over 3 months ago. my home equity line of credit 15000 that I had before bankruptcy shows zero available

Most likely they will not restore your line.

Your credit line will not be restored automatically. You would want to speak with your lender as to their credit policy regarding credit lines, credit score and when you might be able to reapply. If you have a 1st morgage, make sure you reaffirm the debt so that it reports on your credit report. This will help you rebuild your credit scores.

If you want to re-instate that you will need to talk to the lender directly. I suspect they will not restore it. But you won't know until you ask.
