Timothy Howard (timehoward)
#116 ranked lender in Arizona - 159 contributions

Dwight,Hello Timothy Howard here. VA is an awesome way to get into a home loan. 100% loan, no private mortgage insurance, more flexible guidelines, and it come with some good perks,Somethings to consider:Length of loan you want: 30, 15 etc. There is an upfront funding fee of 3.5%. If your are 10% disabled or more, the upfront funding fee will be waived.Active military, may be less.Debt to Income Ratio needs to be in line. This is taking the amount of money your making per month divided by total debt.If you are active military, we can add housing pay to what you make, and if you are a pilot by chance, this also can be counted as full income also.Credit needs to be satisfactory. They will sometimes go down to 580 with extenuating circumstances. You want to make sure you are eligible for the program. Length in the service will determine this. If you had a dishonorable discharge, you will be out of luck.Between you and your lender communication is key to make sure it's done right and all parties are in the loop of what is going on with your loan,Call me at 435,764,8709. I will answer the phone anytime, just call me. You can also apply on my website at http://timothyhoward.supremelending.comTimothy Howard "Your Mortgage Guy" Doing it Right and On Time.I don't brag about what I can do or how great I am...I let the proof in the results speak for me.

Robert Hanson (rhanson)
#38 ranked lender in Maryland - 646 contributions

I do not think that the VA website has that function like HUD does. Most lenders should be able to do VA loans. You just want to find a lender that you feel comfortable with and is experienced and helpful. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Web Address is: http://www.loansfromrob.com/quote/ Email is robertlh66@verizon.net and direct phone is 240-752-7549. Good Luck -- Rob Hanson

Hello, almost all lenders can do VA loans but you want to find a loan officer who is familiar with them. This is a great loan and a terrific benefit for those who have served. Give me a call, I can help you with your VA loan. I have done hundreds of them over the last ten years and I'm in the Murray/Midvale area so I'm local and convenient. AND thank you for your service. Yes we can do them but read the reviews and testimonials of the lenders you look at. Remember the shorter the lock, the better the rate and I close most of my loans in only 10 days which is why I closed over 100 loans last year. Love to help you and you can call me at 801-971-6901 and/or I make it simple to apply online on my website www.utahlendingpro.com . Thanks and talk to you soon.
