"Find a Lender" Tab above, or you can Google "Mortgage broker, <zip code>" you will get a list of local brokers who might be able to help you.. Having LPMI is not an issue, the BK 7 could be.. it depends on other strong compensating factors, such as a high credit score, large cash assets, high income, etc... It also depends if your loan is a Freddie Mac vs. Fannie Mae.. Freddie Mac loans are tougher to get approved than Fannie Mae... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. Stephanie,I already gave you the information earlier today, the answer hasn't changed . You are not going to be able to do anything until 12/13 because of the BK!I know it's not the answer you want to hear. You're wasting everybody's time by asking the same question.

You may have to wait 2 years from discharge date.

You need 2 yrs from the date of discharge in order to be able to refi.
