The LTV range will vary depending on the lender, your score (Ideally 740+), your occupation (special consideration for doctors, lawyers, CPA's ), and location.. there are lenders out there that will go to 100% LTV, however to find out for sure, you should contact a LOCAL mortgage broker, not the local "Big" bank, and certainly not one of those 50 states internet lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

It depends on your credit score and the lender. Each lender can have their own overlays. I would contact a local mortgage broker because they have a lot of lenders to choose from.

hi: You are welcome to contact me...We are a direct credit union and work with investors for all types of loan programs. Depending on the fico score, we have portfolio investors that can consider a higher ltv/cltv. Give me a call to go over if you'd like. Mike (703 505 5300) NMLS 754875
