The LTV range will vary depending on the lender, your score (Ideally 740+), your occupation (special consideration for doctors, lawyers, CPA's ), and location.. there are lenders out there that will go to 100% LTV, however to find out for sure, you should contact a LOCAL mortgage broker, not the local "Big" bank, and certainly not one of those 50 states internet lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. It depends on your credit score and the lender. Each lender can have their own overlays. I would contact a local mortgage broker because they have a lot of lenders to choose from.
