I do not believe so with those credit scores. What is your home worth? how much do you owe ? Do you currently have a conventional loan or FHA loan?

Go get a secured credit card for 200 dollars, use it for 10 bucks, pay it off and repeat this for a few months, this will help you increase your credit score. Most Key Bank Branches can go as low as 660 and they have lenient guidelines. This would be my advice.
