Are there any mortgage products that do not require escrow for borrowers with credit scores 720+ by creena862438298 from Washington, District Of Columbia. Jan 28th 2015
in most cases, conventional financing will allow borrower to waive escrows (pay Taxes & Insurance directly themselves) if they are putting down at least 20%. Some Jumbo financing investors will consider the waiver with less than 20% down on an exception basis. Additionally, most will charge the borrower a .25 point additional fee for this waiver, which can still be worked into pricing allowing the client to receive a Zero (0) points quote. Please call me if you have any further questions as I am licensed in DC, MD, VA, & WV. - Scott Kinne - First Heritage Mortgage - 703-293-6146 - NMLS# 182351
