Jumbo financing with less than 20% down available?
Not my first time buying but I do not own currently. I've been renting for the last 3 years post divorce. My credit is in much better shape the score was 732 when I looked online. Income is a solid six figures with my commissions. Looking for a jumbo program for maybe 10% down? I'd wait longer to save but I'd rather get going. by katkradle89137581 from West Memphis, Arkansas. These loans are certainly available. I only lend in Arizona, but we have a 10% down jumbo product with only 680 credit scores required. I suspect with a little looking around, someone should be able to provide you with the loan you are looking for.

There are lenders with 10% down. I see that you mentioned commissions, keep in mind they will either average the last two years or take the most recent year if it is less. Keep this in mind when figuring your debt to income.
