Jumbo and balloon refinance with 90%LTV?

That's a tuff one... there are 90% LTV purchase and refinance products , but there are so few doing them in the jumbo market, you really have to look hard... Same is true for the "Special" programs for physicians... it's for purchase transactions only... but hey... you make the big bucks... peel off another 88K, buy down your mortgage, and there's all kinds of options open for you... I doubt you will be able to find a lender that will do a Jumbo refinance at 90% LTV. Good luck!
