Love Jackson Hole! I'm there several times every year.Regardless of how long you have been out of the service, you can still get a VA loan. Your service has been invaluable to this country so they do not put a time limit on hen you can use the benefit. In fact, you can use it more than once too.Check out my website specially for veterans. www.VALoansFast.comRon

Even though you have been out of the service for 7 years, you will likely still be able to obtain a VA loan if you served at least 90 days of active duty and were honorably discharged. Contact a local VA lending expert to go over your situation in detail. They can help determine your eligibility.

Thank you for your service! VA loan eligibility is for life, so as long as you qualify at any point and have remaining entitlement, you can certainly get a VA loan and it is has many benefits of some other loan programs.

How long you've been out is not important.. it's how long you were in and which branch you were in that determines your eligibility.. For most, 90 days active service or 6 years with reserves, and honorably discharged or currently active.. here's VA's link to see the complete details and to order a certificate of eligibility. http://benefits.va.gov/homeloans/purchaseco_eligibility.asp I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
