Is there anywhere I can get my home refinanced. I have equity in my home but my fico score is 615. I need to lower my payments.

without knowing all the details of your loan scenario, its hard to say.. the real question is, "Why".. why is your score so low?? bankruptcy? Foreclosure? Short sale? unpaid student loans? unpaid taxes? Judgments? collections? Even if your score were 700 and you had one of these deficiencies, you still might not get approved.. There are lenders out there that can help you get financing with a 615 score, but the experienced loan officer will work with you to help you improve your score so you will have more options and lower interest rates available to you.. for this reason, I suggest you contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan picture, they can advise you properly.. but I caution you.. Do not use the local "Big" bank, or one of those 50 states internet lenders or nationwide lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
