Yes, both HARP 1 and HARP 2 offer the ability to refinance Investment Properties with certain guidelines. Let me know if I can help you with your specific situation.

Yes, HARP loans cover Investment Properties as long as they were delivered to Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac on or before May 31, 2009. Go to the link attached to see if your property qualifies. http://www.makinghomeaffordable.gov/tools/does-fannie-or-freddie-own-your-loan/Pages/default.aspx

As long as your loan is backed by Freddie, Fannie, VA, or FHA you have options if your investment property is underwater. Let's discuss your loan scenario in more detail. Contact me at 800 315 8803. My name is Jamie and I have been in the mortgage business since 1989. I am happy to answer your mortgage questions, 7 days a week and review your loan scenario. Until then, I look forward to hearing from you. Jamie Lynne - www.bartprequalifies.com - email Jamie@bartprequalifies.com - 800 315 8803
